SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Processing time depends on item(s) purchased and can take from 3-7 days to prepare for shipping. Shipping usually takes 3-5 business days to reach your home. All purchases are shipped by USPS and tracking numbers are included with every order.

Customers are responsible to provide an address that can/will accept a package. If there are any issues with delivery (address is incorrect, post office has difficult time locating an address, etc) we are not responsible for that item being lost, stuck at the local post office, or returned to us. If an item is returned and you want it resent, we will not cover postage. It is the customers responsibility to cover the additional postage on any item requiring shipment more than the first time.

All returns/refunds are handled on an individual basis based on individual situation.  However, if your item is wrong or you are not happy with it, please contact me within 3 business days of receiving the item,  I will do my best to make it right.  All items must be new, unused and in perfect condition for return. Buyer will be responsible for all return shipping costs. 
 

NOTE:  Custom made orders are nonrefundable. Please contact me with any problems and we will do our best to work out a solution. 

Orders must be placed and paid in full before supplies are purchased and special order is began.
